A senior social leader who connects storytelling to outcomes.

I came to social media through psychology. The minor at the University of Louisville was intentional — I'd always been drawn to the question of why people choose what they choose. Every role since has been a variation on that question, scaled across national consumer brands and $40M+ in annual paid social.

Eight-plus years architecting integrated paid and organic strategies. Five promotions in six years at DSplus — most recently to Associate Media Director — leading a team of ten across Toyota, Lexus, and Genesis business.

Helped lead the Hyundai Kona launch chatbot: scoped the source material, anticipated customer intents, and partnered with internal and vendor teams to ship a conversational product. In hindsight, an LLM-shaped workflow before LLMs existed.
  • Cross-functional production lead on the Hyundai Kona chatbot launch — ingesting brand and vehicle documentation, mapping expected questions, and coordinating with the AI vendor and internal teams.
