A senior social leader who connects storytelling to outcomes.

I came to social media through psychology. The minor at the University of Louisville was intentional. I've always been drawn to the question of why people choose what they choose, and every role since has been a variation on that question, scaled across national consumer brands and $40M+ in annual paid social.

Eight-plus years architecting integrated paid and organic strategies. Five promotions in six years at DSplus, most recently to Associate Media Director, leading a team of ten across Toyota, Lexus, and Genesis business.

  • Doubled Toyota Parts Center Online (TPCO) revenue target from $5M to $10M within six months through full-funnel paid social strategy, audience development, and strategic client partnership.
  • Pitched and won the Toyota Parts & Service business from a competing agency. That work contributed to DSplus doubling in size and expanding the agency's footprint from social into programmatic and search.
  • Oversaw paid social across 300+ dealerships spanning the New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Portland, LA, and Denver Toyota Dealer Association regions, plus the Southeastern Toyota region (a separate national entity).

Integrated Paid + Organic Strategy

  • Architected platform-native campaign strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn in close partnership with Creative, Analytics, Account, and Performance Media teams.
  • Built full-funnel audience targeting frameworks leveraging customer lists, in-market signals, retargeting, and conquesting to align brand storytelling with engagement and conversion goals.

First taste of AI, three years before anyone used the word. Helped lead the Hyundai Kona launch chatbot: scoped the source material, anticipated customer intents, and partnered with internal and vendor teams to ship a conversational product. In hindsight, an LLM-shaped workflow before LLMs existed.
  • Production lead on the Hyundai Kona chatbot launch. Ingested brand and vehicle documentation, mapped expected questions, and coordinated with the AI vendor and internal teams.
  • Owned the online media database that connected automotive client Genesis Motors America with media partners to run digital advertising efficiently.
  • Used ad management software to create and manage online banners in the live environment; coordinated scheduling and on-time delivery across teams.
